PROGRAMME 25

For teams · Delivered over Zoom

Twenty-five minutes. Four weeks.
A shift in how your team operates.

Programme 25: Four live sessions, one a week, twenty-five minutes each. Your team joins from their desks. No venue, no travel, no full day out of the business.

What people say

“Your professional guiding technique put me at ease straight away.”

What you can already see

You know your team is capable of a lot more.

You can see it. The ideas that never get finished. The meeting where nobody says the real thing. The person who used to be your sharpest and now waits to be told.

None of that is a talent problem. You hired well.

What is missing is a pocket in the week where the pattern actually changes. Twenty-five minutes where the body comes out of high alert, and stays there long enough for a different habit to take hold.

That is where productivity lives. Not in the tools. In the state people are in when they use them.

Why the last one did not work

You don’t need another productivity workshop.

Your people already know how to prioritise. They have the frameworks. They have been to the training. They are not short of information.

What looks like distraction is usually avoidance. What reads as a bad quarter for sick days is usually stress with nowhere to go. And what gets written down as disengagement is something quieter than that. People who have stopped expecting to enjoy any of it.

Nobody puts that in an exit interview.

Strategy takes a team as far as their capacity allows and not one step further. You can hand someone a better system and they will run it at exactly the volume they were already running at, because the volume is set in the body, not in the calendar.

Nobody has time for a forty-five minute wellness break in the week they need it most.

The answer

That is exactly why I built “Programme 25”

Twenty-five minutes is short enough to survive a bad week. That is the whole design principle.

It goes in a lunch break, or the first slot of the morning. Nobody books a room. Nobody travels. Nobody has to explain to their manager where they have gone. They half close the laptop, put headphones on, and come back different.

Four weeks, because one session is a nice moment and four is a pattern. The first one teaches the body it is allowed to come down. By the fourth they are doing it on their own, mid-meeting, and nobody in the room can tell.

It was never about doing less. It is about being able to hold more.

What is inside the four weeks

Four things they keep.

Easy breathwork practices

Simple enough to use in a meeting. Nothing anyone has to lie down for, and nothing that looks like anything from the outside.

Live shifts

Mindset and emotional, delivered live and never recorded. A room of people breathing in sync does something a video cannot.

Practical tools

Somatic and neuro-linguistic techniques for the moments that cost your team most. Before the difficult conversation. After the bad news. At four o’clock.

Greater capacity

Productivity, and the thing your board calls engagement. People who are not braced make faster decisions, take fewer days, and stay.

Twenty minutes on a call. Tell me the team, the headcount, and what is actually going on.

Not a pitch. If Programme 25 is the wrong thing for you I will say so, and I will usually know inside ten minutes.

Founder · Breathwork, somatics & neuro-linguistics

Diana R. De La Selva is a serial entrepreneur and wellness professional with more than fifteen years in the industry. In 2023 she founded Aire & Soul, working with high achievers, executives, founders and senior professionals, to build the capacity to sustain performance without burning out.

Her approach combines breathwork, somatic practice and neuro-linguistic programming with practical goal and mindset work. Teams learn to catch stress in the body early, rather than at breaking point, and to shift the patterns running underneath it.

She works alongside GPs, nutritionists and psychologists, never in place of them, and she has been the person in the room running on empty. The method is what she built to survive her own ambition.

  • Certified across several modern breathwork disciplines, including somatic, Wim Hof and Oxygen Advantage
  • Five neuro-linguistic technologies
  • Transform Trauma, University of Oxford, 2026 · CPD and CE accredited
  • Harvard Medical School leadership programme, October 2026
  • Medical malpractice, public and products liability insurance through the Federation of Holistic Therapists
  • Trauma-informed. We work alongside clinical care, never in place of it

Who it is for

This is for you if

  • You run a company, a brand, or a team you are responsible for
  • Your people go under in the busy season, or whenever the diary is full and nothing gives
  • You want your team to feel genuinely looked after, not sent a link to an app
  • You want the productivity and the wellbeing, and you are tired of being asked to pick one
  • You cannot take everyone out for forty-five minutes, and you have stopped pretending you can
  • You want something you can measure at the end of it, and a shift people can feel

“I have attended many similar events, but Diana was excellent at helping me focus and look beyond my own limiting beliefs.”

Built to your shape

Make it yours.

Programme 25 can be as light as one Zoom session a week for a month, running again each quarter.

OR you can enhance the core with all the bells and whistles: Group sessions, one-to-one coaching for the people carrying most, in-person workshops, and WhatsApp support during business hours for the weeks that get hard.

Tell me the shape of your team and I will build the shape of the programme.
