The Founder.
Aire & Soul was founded in 2026 as the evolution of Identity Sanctuary Ltd., born from my own journey of constant change.
As a serial entrepreneur, creator, expat, and mother, my life has unfolded across nine countries and parallel ventures. These seasons of expansion and contraction have challenged and awakened me, teaching me the importance of staying rooted while everything else around you changes.
In the process, I have developed a signature methodology that has allowed me to continuously increase my capacity to achieve more and perform better, keeping overwhelm and stress at bay. These practices repeatedly elevate my frequency and keep me aligned and evolving.
Anchored in ritual, routine, and conscious breath, I created Aire & Soul to share grounding practices with other high-performers moving through change and reaching for the next era of their evolution. This work is an offering for those seeking focus, presence, and inner stability—no matter what is unfolding.
